10 of my favourite morning affirmations to start your day
Your body hears everything that your mind says, I believe in the power of a healthy mind now more than ever to stay focused, optimistic, and filled with energy. Personally, repeating a handful of morning affirmations really sets up my mindset for the rest of my day.

I wanted to share my personal favourite morning affirmations that will start your day in the best way!

1. I am Happy
2. Money flows to me whether i work for it or not
3. My potential is unlimitedness
4. I am calm and Mindful
5. I am capable of accomplishing my dreams
6. I only attract positivity into my life
7. Today I will not stress over things I can not control
8. Every day my confidence is growing more and more
9. I let go of regrets from the past
and with social media sometimes contributing negatively towards our mental health number 10 is my absolute favourite morning affirmation.
10. I do not feel the need to compete against anyone or be better than anybody else. I only aspire to be a better person than I was yesterday.

    I love number 7, about not stressing over the things you can’t control. That’s something I struggle with quite a lot so that affirmation is spot on for me!

    Number 7 to number 10 resonate with me so much. I find them all so helpful in building mental strength
