Well, you’ve done it! You’ve made it to the end of another week. I don’t know about you, but I think it takes a lot of hard work and patience to make it to the end of the week in one piece. With another week gone by, caring for your children, working a busy job, freelancing whatever you’ve done this week I’m sure you’re desperate to relax, recharge ad practice some self-care.
How often do you forget to take of yourself? Self-care doesn’t have to be extravagant but it is necessary. We all need to take time to slow down and care for ourselves.
Self-care is a necessity, it is not selfish! and you shouldn’t feel guilty for saying “No”

The best thing you can do for your mind, body and soul is to rest and recharge.

    Needed to read this list right now, I’ve been really busy in life at the moment and I think I want to find a good book and just spend some time delving into it 🙂
